Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Effective 29 July 2026 · Last updated 23 September 2026
We do not sell your personal information. Nevada law (NRS 603A.345) requires every website operator to maintain a channel for a "do not sell" request whether or not it sells anything. This page is that channel. Under NRS 603A.333(1), a "sale" means exchanging your information for money; giving your details to the people who actually build your project (our subcontractors, our scheduling software, the manufacturer registering your product warranty) is not a sale and is expressly excluded by the statute.
What this request does
Submitting the form below directs us not to make any sale of any covered information we have collected, or later collect, about you (NRS 603A.345(2) and (3)). It stays in force until you tell us otherwise. It does not cancel a scheduled measure visit or stop the calls and emails you asked for about your own project. To stop those, tell whoever calls you, reply to any email from us, or call the office.
Make the request
We may email you to confirm the request came from you. Nevada law lets us verify authenticity and identity by commercially reasonable means before acting (NRS 603A.337). We will not ask you for a government ID, a Social Security number or a date of birth. Collecting a stronger identifier than the record we are matching against would be a net loss of privacy for you, not a gain.
Request received
We have your request. We will reply to the email address you gave us, and we may write once to confirm the request came from you before we act on it.
How long we take
We respond within 60 days of receiving your request. If we need more time we may take up to 30 additional days, and we will notify you if we do (NRS 603A.345(4)).
Other ways to send the request
Email info@windowsandsidingreno.com, or write to Advanced Design & Development Inc (the company behind Windows and Siding Reno), 1155 Watson Way, Suite 7, Sparks, Nevada 89431. Our designated request address under NRS 603A.325 is that email address together with this page. The shop line, (775) 391-8487, is a general contact number: it is not toll-free, so the statute does not allow it to serve as the designated request address.
California residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, reaches only businesses that meet one of its statutory thresholds: an annual gross revenue floor, personal information on 100,000 or more California consumers or households, or deriving half or more of annual revenue from selling or sharing personal information. We are a Nevada contractor working in Northern Nevada, we meet none of those thresholds, and we do not sell personal information at all, so we do not believe the Act applies to us. That is our own reading of the statute and not legal advice. We act on the request on this page for California residents regardless. We publish no "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link and make no claim about honouring an opt-out preference signal, because neither obligation attaches to us and asserting a duty with no process behind it would be worse than saying nothing.
