Financing
Spread an exterior project over monthly payments
On a siding job the budget rarely shortens the wall. It changes the material going onto it. A monthly payment is the usual way that swap gets avoided. We work with Enhancify, and the lender, not us, decides what you qualify for.

What a payment plan actually changes on a siding job
Almost nobody re-sides half a house. When a siding number lands above what is in the account this month, the wall still gets covered. The specification just moves down a grade. Fiber cement becomes engineered wood, engineered wood becomes vinyl, and the trim package gets simplified.
Sometimes that is the right call, and we will say so: a sheltered north elevation does not need the most expensive board on the truck. On a west wall taking afternoon sun and the downslope wind off the Sierra, the material is doing real work.
The other place a tight number gets taken out of a job is underneath the cladding: the weather-resistive barrier, the flashing laps, the kickout at the roof-to-wall junction. None of that is visible when the job is finished, all of it is what keeps freeze-thaw out of the wall, and it is the worst possible thing to trim.
Financing moves when you pay, not what the wall costs.
Sequence
Where the application meets the install schedule
The order matters. A written scope first, then an application against a real number.
| Stage | On the job | On the financing |
|---|---|---|
| Measure visit | Every opening measured and the substrate checked where the trim allows it | Nothing applied for. The visit and the written estimate cost nothing |
| Written scope | Product line, profile or style, glass package, colour, freight window | You have a real figure to take to the lender rather than a guess |
| Application | Nothing ordered yet | You apply directly with Enhancify. The decision, rate and term are theirs |
| Order and freight | Material ordered against the scope you signed, not against a verbal | Terms settled before anything leaves a manufacturer's plant |
| Installation | The crew works the elevations in the order the scope names | Payments run on the plan you accepted, on the lender's schedule |
Straight answer
What we will not tell you about your rate
Rate, term length, promotional periods and any fee are the lender's to state, and they depend on an application we never see the inside of. This page therefore carries no number, no term, and no claim about how fast a decision arrives.
Current Enhancify offer language: none is published here; rate, term and any promotion appear on Enhancify’s own paperwork for your application. Until that comes from the lender in writing, no page on this site states one.
- We are not a lender, a broker or a credit counsellor, and we make no credit decision
- An estimate from us prices materials, labour and access, never a monthly payment
- The credit application and the agreement that follows are between you and the lender
- Our contractor ID with Enhancify is 22299, which is how an application ties back to the scope we wrote
Two ways to start
Apply with the lender, or get the scope written first
Either order works. Most people are better served by the second one.
Go straight to Enhancify
Enhancify runs the application and the credit decision. Their site opens in a new tab and is governed by their own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Get the number first
Have us measure and write the scope, then apply against a figure that reflects your wall, your openings and the access the crew will have. Guessing low means doing the application twice.
Enhancify is an independent company. Windows and Siding Reno receives no payment from you for making the introduction and has no part in the credit decision.
Next step
Get the scope in writing, then decide how to pay for it
Tell us what is on the house now and we will measure every opening and elevation, then put the product list, the profile and the freight window on paper. That gives you a real figure to take to the lender rather than a guess, and your answer on financing tells us whether to send the scope before or after you apply.
